Based on the traditional rules of Mậu Binh (Chinese Poker), Sanshui gives you exactly 13 cards. Your objective is strictly defined: set them into three distinct rows—the “waters.” You build a 3-card front, a 5-card middle, and a 5-card back. The golden rule? Each row must be at least as strong as the one in front of it, or your entire hand fouls.
If that was the whole game, it would be a solid brain-teaser. But the board isn’t static. It fights back.
Every single round, game-altering tokens drop onto the board, completely mutating the rows they touch. You have to adapt your strategy on the fly.

Because every player gets the exact same odds on every token drop, there is zero RNG unfairness and absolutely no pay-to-win advantage. You can’t buy a better deck. You can’t buy a win. You either see the optimal line, or you foul.

Puzzle Mode: Face an endless gauntlet of setups. An adaptive AI coach dynamically shifts the difficulty based on your performance, taking you from Apprentice to Master Shen’s deepest tiers. Every single puzzle you face is guaranteed to be 100% solvable. If you lose, it’s on you.

Timed Mode: This is where the speedrunners live. Solve complex boards against a ruthless clock. Build your “Presence”—your absolute best unbroken solving run. This is the only score that matters on the global leaderboard. One mistake kills the run.

Shen Mode: A white-knuckle boss fight. You have a 10-second curse window to prepare, followed by a frantic 35-second battle against Master Shen, scored mercilessly water by water.
Sanshui is a 100% skill-based logic puzzle. There are absolutely no gambling mechanics, no predatory algorithms, and no microtransactions. It is an all-ages test of speed and intellect.
